海洋放出を止めるための「ALPS処理汚染水差止訴訟」について、追加原告による第２次提訴を11月9日（木）に福島地裁に行います。
提訴前の事前集会を１３：３０から福島市の福島県文化センター（とうほう・みんなの文化センター）視聴覚室で行い、デモ行進をして福島地裁に行き提訴、そして文化センターに戻り報告会をするという予定です。

Updates on September 28, 2023: We will file
the second lawsuit on November 9.
The second ALPS-Treated Contaminated Water Injunction Lawsuit to
stop the dumping
into the ocean will be filed at the Fukushima District Court on November
9 with additional plaintiffs.
We will hold a pre-filing debriefing from 1:30PM at the auditorium of the Fukushima Cultural Center.
We will march to the Fukushima District Court to file the lawsuit and return to the cultural center to hold a post-filing debriefing.
